citizenM Brickell is the first hotel from this company based in Netherlands, to be built in Brickell, the financial center of Miami, with 20-stories and 252-rooms. As the Slogan of the Company says: "Welcome to A New Kind of Hotel"… citizenM is all about affordable luxury, packed in a cozy size. Focused on a group of energetic millennial travelers who go on vacation to the most cosmopolitan cities of the world, citizenM offers them a combination of workplace, residence, nightlife and shopping Alphacladding was chosen by General Contractor, Suffolk Constructions, to build the facade of this building including the Design, Engineering, and Installation of the Curtain Wall units. Gensler Architects is in charge of the Architecture of this citizenM hotel, and we are working together with their team to guarantee the desired aesthetic and the expected performance of this cool building.
